I’m wondering how I will be living in this apartment for the next days. A heat wave is coming to Poland. According to various sources, the temperature may even be up to 40°C. Considering the heights of my house there may be very hot days.
Why is it so hot here?
It’s not only me who complains on the temperature inside. I managed to find out that instead of air conditioners they’d installed climate convectors that couldn’t cope with the cooling of the air. So I understood that it would be better to install conditioners with gas (they cool air faster). In fact, the type of the device is the reason of the insufficient air cooling.
What can we do about it?
First of all, get very angry. Not because of the high temperature, but because of how the administration treats the residents of the house. It appeared that the company administrator pretended that there was no problem at all. Expression of indignation ends up in a professional recommendation that we should wait until the system cools. But unfortunately, nobody from the personnel says how long should we wait. And if the recommendations don’t lead to a desired effect, then it is silly to hope that new requests will solve the problem. Turning to the administration doesn’t help at all. A professional technicians, who are in a great amount in the building, after checking insist that the service practically doesn’t work.
It’s the best to pretend there is no problem
But what about the comfort of the people living here and future owners and residents? By the way, isn’t it fraud selling a dwelling with defects without talking about them?
High service price
This is a professional service that includes conditioning that costs 979 644 zł per year. But this is not all, as the conditioning service itself costs additional 504 000 zł per year. Maybe, it’s not enough to hire technicians, who will work out the temperature problem in the building and show interest in solving the problem to the residents.
The stuff, consisting of a few engineers and technicians, provides constant house service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They render the realization of service works schedule, equipment, preparing schedules of service and guarantee checks. They also guarantee a round-the-clock customer service and emergency actions. In addition, they are involved in the process of technical accepting and commissioning of separate machines and plants.
Problem were noticed only now, when 50% of apartment had already been sold. I’m afraid to think what will happen at the moment, when 100% of them get settled.
