Maybe this tragedy will continue…
Oleg became an inspiration for the residents at Złota 44. His spirit will be with us forever.
If only he would see, how involved the residents became in everything concerning Złota 44…
He would certainly be proud. He was seen by others as the ‘landlord’ of Złota 44 and he also partly felt this way.
Oleg committed himself wholeheartedly to all kinds of matters at Złota 44. He was concerned with all matters of the housing community and the management, especially the costs that arise from sustaining the building – he thought that the maintenance costs were too high.
He was very demanding. He expected a premium, world-class standard from Złota and actively executed the highest-class services that the residents can use. It was important to him, that Złota was a safe place, that, first of all, would be accessible to its residents.
He is no longer with us. I Wonder, if he wouldn’t have given his heart to those matters, would he still be here today? However, it appears, that his spirit lingers on. The residents have become more interested in how the building is managed, the maintenance costs, the service monopoly and many other important matters, that are the cause of huge disappointments among the residents and apartment owners. Maybe a day will come when something changes here, even if it would be without Oleg’s presence. Wherever he is, I am sure he would be happy to hear, that all of his fighting didn’t go to waste.
